METAL SURFACE TREATMENT OPERATOR

ATM Oirschot is looking for students who dare to take responsibility for carrying out the metal surface treatment process correctly and carefully. After an effective program and internal training, you are expected to be able to carry out the work independently but also as a team. You prefer to work 2 evenings a week from 17.00 to 23.00 and on Saturdays from 8.00 to 16.00 in a team consisting mainly of students. 

CLEANROOM EMPLOYEE

ATM Oirschot is looking for students who want to work in the cleanroom. These consist in particular of picking orders, cleaning products, inspecting products, measuring and subsequent packaging according to procedure. You are expected to carry out the work independently but also as a team. In addition, it is important that you can work accurately and precisely. You prefer to work at Tuesday night & Thursday night from 17.00 to 23.00 and on Saturdays from 8.00 to 16.00 in a team consisting mainly of students.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Clamp the parts according to the supplied drawings.
• Immerse the parts in the baths according to the procedures laid down.
• Carry out intermediate checks to check layer thickness.
• Blow the parts clean with an air gun.
• Check whether the process has been carried out in accordance with the order.
• Discuss the progress with the production manager after each work phase.
• Coordinating work with colleagues.
• Packing the products

Job Requirements

• As a minimum a PSVE diploma is an advantage.
• Fluent Dutch in word and writing in connection with safety.
• Can work independently and has accuracy, work insight and a flexible attitude, no 9 to 5 mentality.
