Job description

As an Cooperative leader you will work together with the operational manager to manage the department. In such a way that the maximum performance can be realized and contributes to the development of the team. You will also independently carry out treatments on the products supplied, according to drawings and/or work instructions, using the production equipment and tools provided in the Cleaning Department. In this position you will work at our new location at the Brainport Campus in Eindhoven. At this location we are expanding our operational activities from ATM Oirschot. During the first period you will be trained at our location in Oirschot.

Tasks and Responsibilities

You will provide (coaching) leadership to the team in consultation with the operations manager. You are responsible for a correct follow-up of regulations in the field of working conditions, safety, environment and the correct use of protective equipment within the department;
On the basis of supplied drawings and work order specifications, you independently perform treatment of supplied materials and/or products. This using the production equipment provided for that purpose;
You are responsible for the completeness of the work orders;
You are responsible for the clamping and preparation of parts according to supplied drawings and/or work instructions;
You are responsible for checking the materials before they are cleaned;
You are flexible in regularly changing assignments and work activities;
You operate and are responsible for the bathing line;
You are responsible for the cleanliness inspection of products by means of UV light;
You are responsible for carrying out intermediate checks to ensure that the product contains the correct layer thickness and verify that the process has been carried out in accordance with regulations;
You ensure that parts are properly blown clean;
You will coordinate your work with your colleagues.

Job Requirements

You have an MBO diploma level;
You have affinity with technique;
You have good communication and social skills;
You like to work in a team;
You have good and precise motor skills;
You have a high degree of flexibility and are available in day shift or shift system;
You have no trouble reading and understanding work instructions;
You have a good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.

ATM Oirschot has specialized since 1986 in the post-treatment of products of various material types, ferrous and non-ferrous (especially anodizing, hard anodizing, pickling, passivation, chromating, cleanroom cleaning and packaging). ATM will open a location on the Brainport Campus in Eindhoven.
