HR Business Partner

Job description

In the position of HR Business Partner at KMWE/ATM Oirschot, you will be a sparring partner for management and implement a hands-on HR policy. You have a 360-degree role in which you are involved in attracting, developing, retaining and guiding talent. In short: HR from A to Z! 

We are looking for a colleague for 0.6 fte. Your workplace is partly on location at ATM Oirschot (2 days a week) and partly (1 day a week) at the head office of the KMWE group at the Brainport Industries campus in Eindhoven.  You will be part of the HR team, this team is responsible for the Group's HR policy where we support multiple entities. In your role as HR Business Partner, you are responsible for your own part within the organisation: ATM Oirschot.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • You act as the HR point of contact for management and employees; 
  • You will be responsible for drafting employment contracts, renewals and in-services.
  • You maintain personnel files and ensure correct processing of data in the various HR systems.
  • You ensure correct implementation, interpretation, optimisation and compliance with the HR policy, including legislation and regulations; 
  • You are responsible for the absence policy within your part of the organisation. This includes (management of) sickness and absence figures, supervision of absence processes and contacts with UWV and company doctor, among others; 
  • You have an advisory role towards management at tactical and strategic level in all areas of HR;  
  • You challenge managers in their thinking and guide them in challenging personnel cases;
  • Preparing HR reports and supporting data analysis (e.g. sick leave, contract expiry); 
  • You have an active role in Recruitment, including, among other things, vacancy management and an advisory role in job interviews and terms of employment; 
  • You are responsible for the onboarding of new employees within ATM; 
  • Finally, we have plenty of scope within the HR department to pick up projects that contribute to our HR and organisational strategy.

Job Requirements

  • You have a completed HBO education, preferably in the direction of HR, occupational psychology or business administration, possibly supplemented by professional training/courses;
  • You have at least 3 years' experience in a similar position;
  • You are well-versed in Dutch employment law and developments in this field; 
  • You move proactively through the organisation and have a positive critical attitude; 
  • You are strong in connecting; 
  • You have a solid personality and you are a pleasant interlocutor with good listening and communication skills;
  • You can work well independently and accurately;
  • You have experience with recruitment, strategic personnel planning and absence management; 
  • You feel at home in an informal culture within a (High Tech) production organisation.
